A few residents complained about the poor services they have been receiving, particularly snow plowing.
John Waugh said during a recent snow storm, trucks would plow one street, but leave another street snow covered.
Stoney Creek councillors Maria Pearson and Phil Bruckler, who along with Mr. Mitchell attended the meeting, acknowledged there were some snow clearing problems this year.
"Service levels have changed," acknowledged Ms. Pearson.
She pointed out Mud Street and other main routes receive top priority, while sidestreets and crescents are lower on the list.
Mr. Di Ianni admitted the crescent where he lives did not get plowed until much later.
