MORON
Anti-American remarks made by Liberal MP Carolyn Parrish are stirring controversy south of the border. Parrish was offering her apologies in the House of Commons as her comments were being debated on CNN.

The controversy began on Wednesday when Parrish was forced to apologize for a remark in which she was heard saying "damn Americans."

The Toronto-area Liberal MP, who is opposed to war in Iraq, had been commenting about her frustration with the American rejection of Canada's efforts to bring another UN resolution against Iraq.

As she finished a scrum with reporters outside the Commons, she remarked, "Damn Americans" to a nearby reporter, then laughed. A camera operator filmed Parrish making the remark. She then said: "I hate those bastards." That part wasn't caught on video.

A panel, meanwhile, was debating her remarks on the CNN's Talk Back Live. Similar arguments were being heard in the House as the opposition lashed out at her anti-American remarks. Source.
